Wishing you a Happy Valentine’s Day!
No fancy restaurant for us. We will be dining in, eating on the good china. Since the Olympics are on, we may be eating in the kitchen instead of the dining room. The menu tonight is our usual Valentine’s dinner of bacon wrapped filet, steamed artichokes, garlic mashed potatoes and a salad paired with a good bottle of wine. This has been our deal since the boys were little, I should have taken more pictures, our cute little boys feeling so grown up eating with the fancy stuff as they called it. They even drank their milk out of a wine glass.
However you spend you day or who you spend it with, remember you are loved.
Sounds way better than the green mashed potatoes we have on St. Patrick’s Day.
