Attention all snack weary moms and travelers. A tasty addition to your snack time repertoire is here!
Your children will eagerly dip apple slices in this while conquering their homework and looking at you angelically.
Your RV driving partner will proclaim you the best snack maker ever after devouring the plate put together during the long days’ drive.
Yes, those are bold proclamations but after trying it, I think you’ll agree.
I’ve subscribed to Kraft Food & Family Magazine for years. Each issue has several pages dog-eared and everyone I’ve tried has been a hit. This one is only three ingredients, all of which I’m pretty sure you have right now in your cupboards, either home or RV.
It comes together fast, like under two minutes fast. The longest part is letting the cream cheese soften. But, if you have a microwave, you can soften it in a jiffy. So, break out a small bowl and your hand mixer and let’s get started!
Put the softened cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
Mix it on low for several seconds then ratchet it up to high until it’s fully mixed, light and fluffy.
You’re done and I bet you didn’t even break a sweat. The best part of making it is licking the beaters of course. Go ahead, you deserve it.
Slice apples, pears, bananas or any fruit you want and dip in the creamy goodness.
Kraft even figured out the serving size and calories, they’re so nice. If you keep it to a 2-Tablespoon serving size, each serving is 100 calories yielding 12 servings per batch.
