1. Happy Valentines Day to you as well! I made the Red Velvet cake mix cookies yesterday and they are a hit! I learned a lesson, though. Don’t turn your back on butter that is melting in the microwave! It exploded in there and I had to do a total cleanup. Should have covered the bowl, I know. Anyway, the cookies were worth it.
