Holiday cookie exchanges are so much fun. You take a batch to share and leave with a variety of tasty morsels. It’s a win for everyone! Campground cookie exchanges are just as fun and cake mix cookies make just enough to take without much work.
The best part about cake mix cookies is their versatility. You can mix and match cake mix, baking chips, sprinkles and more for a festive and delicious cookie year round. One batch is about 36 cookies.
Without further adieu, here are our favorites:
I make these for Valentine’s Day but, they are a perfect Christmas cookie color with the red cookie and bright white chocolate chips.
These have a great combination of chocolate and peanut butter and satisfy my real peanut butter cup craving. You can swap the peanut butter chips for toffee bits that will amp the crunch.
You must make these. I have been told, not asked, to bring these on a trip too many times to count. Cream cheese gives them extra richness. You can swap the pineapple cake mix for lemon for an instant favorite!
The first time I made these was for a Halloween Party but you can swap out the sprinkles for any color you want. I’ve made these with pastel sprinkles for Easter, red and green for Christmas and red, white and blue for Independence Day. French Vanilla cake mix is key for great base flavor.
I love playing with flavor combinations and I bet you will as well. Let us know what you come up with in the comments! Happy baking!
These are all such great ideas! I can’t wait to try them!
